Each set of Pirate Plunder collage packages is similar in that it includes a variety of collected collage papers having to do with pirates, ships, fish, the sea, shells etc., but each set has different papers in differing sizes. Many of the papers are vintage and the packs can include book pages, original artwork of mine (some of it is torn so that it is not recognizable) torn up paintings and prints that make cool watery backgrounds, postcards, photos, stickers etc. The kit includes "the Pirate's Code" Visual Journaling workbook (available separately at my www.JulianaColes.etsy.com store for $15.00. The workbook is from the original workshop and presents 5 different Visual Journaling assignments that teach you how to combine journal writing with art making (perfect for use with your new collage pack!). All pirate plunder ephemera is contained in a plastic sleeve for protection

Collage packs measure approximately H 11.5” x W 10.25” D .75" and include tons of papers of various sizes and textures (see video). Because there is so much paper stash, the packs are heavy - shipping is $10.00 so I have included the workbook to make up for the shipping cost.

These collage packs make great gifts for your favorite journaler; I recommend adding a vintage pirate book to alter, a few paint pens, and an “Intro to Altered Books,” workbook. “The Pirates Code” workbook (available separately) includes the Visual Journaling assignments, but doesn’t instruct HOW to set up a book to alter, so the Altered Books workbook is a great companion!
